Originally hailing from Holly Grove, Arkansas, USA, Mac is happily married to Donna and is the proud father of eight children. His journey towards holistic healing began during his time at the Vietnam Peace Institute, North Chicago Veteran Hospital in 1985, where he discovered the transformative power of relaxation therapy and meditation. Since then, he has been passionate about sharing these practices with others, believing strongly in their ability to promote psychological and physical well-being.
